(a) downloading, copying or re-transmitting any or all of the Site or the HEDGE Digital LTD Content without, or in violation of, a written licence or agreement with HEDGE Digital LTD;
(b) using any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods;

Copyright Infringement Policy
In accordance with the British Copyright Council (BCC) and other applicable laws, HEDGE Digital LTD has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at HEDGE Digital LTD's sole discretion, account holders who infringe the intellectual property rights of HEDGE Digital LTD or any third party.
Association Policy
HEDGE Digital LTD may associate with third party service providers to deploy certain systems and functionality.
